The challenge
Turning visits into celebrations
and clicks into connection.
Rolling Bubbles’ original website failed to capture the brand’s elegant, joyful essence — and even more critically, it didn’t offer a smooth navigation experience, especially on mobile. With no solid visual identity or clear user flow, the site lacked the emotional pull needed to convert visitors into clients.
So the key question became:
How might we design a digital experience that feels as memorable and personalized as the events Rolling Bubbles creates?
The solution
A redesign as memorable
as the moments it celebrates.
The new website mirrors the elegance and energy of a Rolling Bubbles event. With a refined yet playful aesthetic, intuitive navigation, and a mobile-first approach, every interaction feels curated — just like their cocktail experiences.
Through the Design Thinking process, I created a flexible, user-centered experience that adapts to each audience’s needs — whether they’re brides seeking magic, businesses planning standout events, or entrepreneurs celebrating a milestone.
Because a celebration starts the moment you land on the page!

Designing a memorable experience starts by listening to those who live it.
So I went straight to the heart of every celebration: people.
Each event tells a story. And behind every story, there are expectations, emotions, and countless decisions. To understand how Rolling Bubbles could become the perfect toast, I reached out to those who make celebrations happen.
From sophisticated brides to corporate planners and mission-driven entrepreneurs, I uncovered what they expect, what frustrates them, and what would turn a mobile bar into an unforgettable experience.
Through interviews and surveys, I built a clear picture of their pain points, needs, and desires—captured in the following user personas:

After connecting deeply with Rolling Bubbles’ audience, I uncovered insights that went far beyond aesthetics. Real frustrations came to light—from the emotional disconnect with vendors to the lack of inclusive, truly personalized services.
With those insights in hand, it was time to define the core problems this redesign needed to solve:
How might Rolling Bubbles stand out as a mobile bar that delivers authentic, visually striking, and culturally inclusive experiences?
This focus led me to the heart of intentional design: Define to transform.
02. Define
⚠️ Problem Statement
Rolling Bubbles had an attractive service concept, but its website didn’t live up to the experience it promised.
The outdated layout, lack of responsiveness, and absence of visual storytelling made it difficult for users to see their needs, tastes, and dreams reflected on the page.
Everyone ran into the same obstacle: a digital experience that neither moved them nor made booking feel easy or exciting.
The challenge was clear:
How might we design a digital experience that captures the playful elegance of Rolling Bubbles—while meeting the expectations of a diverse and modern audience?
🏆 Value Proposition
The new Rolling Bubbles experience needed to do more than inform—it had to inspire.
The redesign aimed to elevate the service through intuitive navigation, a refined brand-aligned aesthetic, and messaging that sparked emotional connection.
Every section, image, and microcopy was carefully crafted to reflect what Rolling Bubbles truly stands for:

where every celebration feels one-of-a-kind and worth toasting to.

With the challenge clearly defined, this phase was an invitation to let creativity sparkle—just like a good glass of bubbly: flowing freely, without judgment, and full of inspiration.
I analyzed the competitive landscape through benchmarking and a SWOT matrix, identifying areas for differentiation and translating user frustrations into actionable design prompts using the “How Might We” technique.
To open the door to bold, imaginative thinking, I ran a Crazy 8 session, helping me explore multiple directions and narrow them down to the most aligned with the essence of Rolling Bubbles: a brand that’s sophisticated, flexible, and visually unforgettable.
This phase laid the foundation to turn insights into real design decisions—celebrating both user experience and brand personality in equal measure.
03. Ideate

To turn real problems into real design opportunities, I translated my insights into “How Might We” questions—powerful prompts to guide ideation with intention. Some of them included:

✨ How might we help brides, businesses, and entrepreneurs envision their dream event as soon as they land on the site?
✨ How might we design a digital experience that feels just as personalized as the real-life service Rolling Bubbles provides?
✨ How might we position Rolling Bubbles as the mobile bar of choice in a crowded market—without losing its playful, sophisticated soul?
With those questions bubbling in my mind, it was time to pour ideas freely: pen in hand, and imagination uncorked!

From sketch to celebration:

With a clear direction and user needs front and center, this phase was all about transforming insights into tangible solutions.
I started by sketching the ideal user flow—ensuring every step, from first scroll to quote request, felt intuitive and seamless.
Next came the information architecture and a hierarchical sitemap, designed to make it easy to explore services—especially for users on mobile devices.
Then it was time to bring it all to life in Figma: wireframes, lo-fi, and hi-fi prototypes—each aligned with inclusive design principles and Rolling Bubbles’ personality: elegant, playful, and unforgettable.
Every design decision—from layout to color, typography, and visual hierarchy—was crafted to mirror what Rolling Bubbles promises at every event:

04. Prototype
🧱 Wireframe
I translated the ideas from the Crazy 8 exercise into a functional structure that organized information in a clear and seamless way. The focus was on prioritizing the most relevant content for each type of client and making navigation feel effortless.

I refined the visual hierarchy and copy section by section, ensuring that every part of the site felt like an invitation to celebrate. This stage was key to validating the navigation flow and fine-tuning before moving into the final design.

I designed a high-fidelity prototype with a focus on elegance and sophistication. Using a realistic style, I aimed to build trust, authenticity, and reflect the kind of experience Rolling Bubbles strives to deliver. Every detail was carefully crafted to create an interface that feels harmonious, functional, and visually aligned with the brand spirit.

05. Test
Iterating was key to turning a good idea
into a great experience.
After many hours of research, ideation, and prototyping, I had reached a version that felt almost there.
But in any user-centered process, almost is never enough.
That’s why I decided to test Bee too reel’s first concepts with real users.
This phase went far beyond validating functionality, it allowed me to observe how users interpreted the interface, what emotions the visual direction triggered, and how intuitive the navigation felt without external guidance.
Through moderated tests, feedback forms, and direct observation, I gathered valuable insights that uncovered details I hadn’t anticipated.
With this feedback in hand, I iterated on the design refining everything from microinteractions to content decisions.
Testing wasn’t the end of the process.
It was an opportunity to refine with intention, improve what already worked, and elevate the experience to a more intuitive, accessible, and authentic level.
💭 Final reflections:
Designing for celebration became a celebration of my own growth as a UX designer.
This project was much more than a website redesign — it was the opportunity to turn a brand with purpose and personality into a digital experience that feels coherent, accessible, and truly delightful.
Every step, from listening to users to defining color palettes and user flows, allowed me to blend empathy, strategy, and aesthetics into a meaningful solution.
Rolling Bubbles reminded me that UX design doesn’t just solve problems — it also sparks emotion, builds connection, and makes brands stand out.
I walk away from this experience with the joy of having worked on a brand that, just like me, believes in the power of thoughtful details and well-crafted experiences.
